Whadda weekend!  Whadda show!  As usual, the GoodGuys put on another fabulous event in Scottsdale.
The beautiful Arizona sun beamed down on over 2000 cool rides, lots of vendors and tons of spectators.
FRIDAY
Registration began at 9 am
and the parking lot at
Westworld buzzed.  Do you
think folks were anxious to
start the fun?

These men appear
to be on a
very important mission.

Registration!?!?
FRIDAY

The carhounds were also out and about at registration!
REPAIR  & DISPAIR ON THE ROAD

There are two types of street rodders -- those that have broken down on the road and those that will break down on the road.  Al from California felt some
vibration on the 300 mile trip to Scottsdale and jacked the car up to check it out. What he found was a "slight" problem with his u-joints.  Out came the
drive shaft and he headed down the road to Dick's Drive Shaft in Phoenix where the good folks there totally rebuilt it. Back to the hotel, he and his
buddies installed it and he was on the road again.

If you find yourself in
Phoenix needing some work
done on your driveshaft,
these are the guys who will
help you out.!
SATURDAY - IT'S SHOWTIME!

As usual, the day begins
way before sunrise for
many enthusiasts who don't
want to miss a moment of
fun during the weekend.
This local group of guys and
gals know how to throw a
party! The group (not a
club!)  gets in line early,
opens up their trailers, fires
up the stove and gets the
coffee brewin'!

There was even a fire truck
with pipe organs playing a
tune in the wee hours of the
morning.  Bet the campers
weren't expecting to wake
up to a calliope.

And, for a small donation to
the Blind Puppy Fund, you,
too, will be welcomed with
opened arms!

Okay, if this group isn't a
club, what's with everyone's
jacket saying "President"?
Something's fishing in
ZonieLand.

Once the gates opened,
some rodders headed to the
field while others lined up
for the Pro Pick area.

We found Jo Coddington
lookin' over the cool cars in
the Pro Pick area.

Can you believe it ... we
only found one snoozer the
whole weekend.

Flip to Page 2 and 3 to see
hundreds more cars and to
see what the Zonie Motor
Co. folks were up to at
lunchtime.
